Active weather conditions are still expected in Brunei Darussalam until Tuesday, the 16th of December. Showers, occasionally heavy and thundery are expected to affect several areas of the country especially in the afternoon and at night, and potentially persist until early morning of the next day. Wind gust of up to 45 kilometres per hour can be expected during or near heavy and thundery showers.

Over Brunei waters, sea conditions are generally at slight to moderate state, with wave heights ranging between 0.5 and 1.5 metres. The public is advised to take precautionary actions with respect to the forecasted active weather condition. There is a high risk of flash floods or flooding especially in low-lying and flood prone areas, as well as near the river banks during periods of continuous heavy rain and also during high tide. Risk of landslide, fallen trees and blown off roofs are also possible during heavy showers and gusty condition. Moderate state of sea condition is hazardous to all small boats, all recreational and marine sports activities.
